no partitioned Rank in SQLite: need a Emulation

You are close. You need a condition on the date and to use >= for the comparison:

select p1.*,
       (select count(*)
        from table as p2
        where p2.date = p1.date and
             p2.time >= p1.time
       ) as timeRank
from table as p1;

Strictly speaking, this is closer to a dense_rank(), but the difference is immaterial unless you have duplicate values. If you have ties, then the following should work:

select p1.*,
       (select 1 + count(*)
        from table as p2
        where p2.date = p1.date and
             p2.time > p1.time
       ) as timeRank
from table as p1;

BigInteger partitioned into parts
I do not quite get your problem in fact. Wish what I am answering make sense to you :) . In BigInteger it does provide toByteArray() which returns a byte[] containing the 2-compliment representation of the BigInteger itself. On the same time there is a constructor taking byte[]. Therefore your solution can be as easy as getting the byte array, partition the byte array by whatever dirty way you

Oauth.io and Ripple InAppBrowser Emulation
I found using Ripple broke many of the ngCordova Plugins, I'd strongly suggest using one of the following for testing: Terminals: ionic serve ionic serve --lab or push the app to Ionic View: Terminals: ionic upload and use the Ionic View app on your handheld device, ideal for IOS. I hope this helps and Good luck.

Can HDD emulation be used to allow me to use my own bootable file system on a CD?
FYI: A bootsector of a cd isn't only 512 bytes in size like floppies or harddrive bootsectors. A bootsector of a cd is 4096 bytes in size. Maybe it requires another signature at the end than a normal harddrive bootsector (I don't know)

Using SqlBulkCopy with a partitioned view in SQL Server
Given that SQL Server has no support for partitioned views - partitioned tables are something different - likely the view is read only and you msut write to the underlying correct table. Simple like that. Possibly also that there is an instead of trigger on the view that is not triggered by bulk copy. That said, it is pretty bad to sql bulk copy to a table (sql builk copy is written by someone wh

Removed sqlite gem but Heroku still detects sqlite gem and fails
It may be occur due to when you installed sqlite3 gem it's version details would be stored in Gemfile.lock so remove this file, don't bother of it as it will be again generated without having any source of sqlite3 gem when you run bundle install then after try to deploy on heroku
